Isn't it cute how his custom message board title is "Councilmember?"
Jonathan Rees, a candidate for the Council of the District of Columbia has been running a campaign of attack and intimidation against numerous other candidates and citizens, even following his resounding loss in the Ward 3 Primary Election.
